This article explains how a new U.S. government study reported that e-cigarette use is most common in the young, current smokers, and those who have recently quit to are trying to quit. Sadly, just as the years of FDA regulation and state policies have begun to reduce tobacco use, the tobacco industry has begun marketing the e-cig to the young generation "in the hopes of developing a whole new lifelong user."
